Cocaine (500 to 4,999 grams), heroin (100 to 999 grams), meth (50 to 499 grams): Five to 40 years' imprisonment, up to $5 million fine for first offense; 10 years to life, up to $8 million fine for second offense.
Cocaine (5+ kilograms), heroin (1+ kilograms), meth (500+ grams): 10 years to life, up to $10 million fine for first offense; 20 years to life, up to $20 million fine for second offense.
